Project Management

- Obtaining quotes and contracting all the Contractors for the project on behalf of Client which includes Land Surveyor, Soil testing, energy report, arborist, VIC Roads, fencing contractor, etc.
- Obtaining quotes from at least three builders.
- Organizing Engineering Drawings, landscape plans, drainage plans etc. on behalf of the Client.
- Assisting the client throughout the construction process.
- Ensuring that the construction corresponds to the Project plans and specifications, subject to any approved changes and hiring a Building Inspector if required.
- Assisting in subdivision of the townhouses.
- Liaising in selling of the townhouses via a real estate agent.
